Administration Authorizations
We follow the client at all stages of the administrative process to obtain the documents necessary for the realization of a project.
The main activities concern: building practices (CILA - CILAS - SCIA - PDC); requests for permits for constrained buildings (NULLA OSTA SABAP - LANDSCAPE AUTHORISATION); VVF permits (PIN 1 to 7); ASL notifications and derogations; administrative practices presented to SUAP or STAR portal.

We analyze all the legal, technical, administrative, and economic aspects for the drafting of a feasibility study for the purpose of a possible real estate investment. Our team relies on the collaboration of external professionals to offer the customer a complete service package, from the search for the property to its transformation. In addition to the above-mentioned services, which include all safety requirements on construction sites, we also offer: geological surveys; topographical surveys; structural design; acoustic and energy-saving assessments; design of electrical and special systems; design of mechanical systems; land registry updates, and procedures for tax benefits.
